Position: Early Childhood Educator Assitant

Wage: $20.00 Hourly, for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Job Duties:
1. Assist the lead early childhood educator with daily activities, such as lessons, crafts and playtime;
2. Motivate children to actively participate in learning activities;
3. Observe and manage children’s behavior, offering guidance and redirection when necessary;
4. Assist children with basic personal tasks, such as eating, dressing or using the restroom;
5. Contribute to the observation and evaluation of each child’s development and progress;
6. Keep the classroom organized, clean, and safe for the children;
7. Ensure children’s safety and well-being during various activities like play, meals and rest times;
8. Prepare reports on children’s progress, behaviors, and milestones;
