Job Details Piedmont Sheet Metal (1997) Ltd. is looking for full time Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) technologist at 7439 Lowland Drive, Burnaby, BC V5J 5A8. There are 2 positions available.

Hours of work are 40 hours a week Mon-Fri (overtime pay after 40 hours). Pay is $37 per hour. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed secondary school. Minimum work experience is 3 years hands on experience.

Job Description Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

•Prepare and interpret conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems
•Conduct tests and analyses of machines, components to determine their performance
•Prepare cost and material estimates, project schedules and reports
•Inspect mechanical installations and construction
•Prepare standards and schedules for mechanical maintenance programs or operations of mechanical plants.
