Job Details AGO Industries Inc. is looking for full time Industrial sewing machine mechanic at 500 Sovereign Rd. London, ON N5Y 4J9 Canada. There is 1 position available.

Hours of work are Mon-Fri 40 hours/week. Pay is $36/hour (overtime pay after 44 hours/week). Successful candidates must speak English and have completed high school. Minimum related hands on work experience is 3 years.

Job Description Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
• Install, align, dismantle and move industrial sewing machinery and related mechanical equipment according to layout plans
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices
• Inspect and examine industrial sewing machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial sewing machinery and related mechanical equipment
• Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
• Operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery
• Construct foundations for machinery or direct other workers to construct foundations
• Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment.
