Job Description Main duties:
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the lumber store, ensuring smooth workflow and customer service efficiency.
2. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage of lumber and building materials.
3. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high service standards and operational productivity.
4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
5. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and store policies, maintaining a secure and organized work environment.
7. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to manage product availability and pricing.
