Our organization is currently looking for a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our
Custom Crushing Department. This is a full-time position that offers the possibility of an
immediate start date. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for professional
growth and development within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment
- Complete daily paperwork in a professional manner
- Communicate any supply needs to ensure a safe and productive environment
- Operate heavy equipment to feed a crushing plant

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Proficient in equipment maintenance
- Proficient in equipment maintenance and able to perform routine repairs and inspections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crew
members
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced
environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to different project sites as required

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $35 per hour
- Production bonus available after probation period
