Duties:
· Establish clear company objectives focused on market penetration in China and growth in the wine and health supplements market.
· Formulate and approve company policies and programs guiding daily operations and strategic initiatives.
· Authorize the establishment of key departments and senior staff positions, including an office manager and professional purchaser.
· Allocate resources effectively, implement financial controls, and conduct budgeting and performance tracking.
· Develop and approve promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share in China.
· Select and recruit middle managers and executive staff with strong sourcing and deal-making experience in Canada.
· Coordinate operations across regions and departments to ensure cohesive business activities.
· Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers and retailers, attend trade shows, and build partnerships in China.
· Manage product sourcing and financial risks, ensuring procurement from reputable Canadian suppliers.
· Lead a small team, foster a collaborative work environment, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Requirements:
· Education: A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance, or a related field.
· Work Experience: At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in trade, finance, or business operations.
· Skills: Leadership, resource allocation, negotiation, budgeting, and performance management.
· Additional Assets: International business experience and familiarity with target trade markets.
