Salary: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour (To be negotiated), 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at IFRC Society. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll and maintaining accurate records. This role requires on-site presence and does not offer remote work options.
Qualifications:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in payroll administration
- Language: English
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Sage Accounting Software
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Maintain and update payroll records
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
- Prepare payroll reports as required
