Atlantis Rausch Granite & Marble Installations. o/a Atlantis Rausch is excited to expand our team with a Stonemason. Since 1995, Atlantis Rausch has been installing some of the most treasured stonework created in the Lower Mainland. We are now looking for candidates who are willing to be a part of a great team. We maintain the old-world craftsmanship but also bring innovative approaches and technology to the industry.

Position Available: Stonemason
Type of Position: Permanent, Full-time (40 hrs/week), Shifts, Weekends
Salary: $37.00 per hour

Job Description Duties and responsibilities:
• Read blueprints and sketches to estimate materials for projects, installations, repair or upgrade jobs.
• Prepare and cut natural stoner - lay bricks for industrial and commercial construction projects.
• Line or reline furnaces, repair and repoint chimneys. Construct and install prefabricated/pre-cut masonry products.
• Clean and remove stains from masonry surfaces & structures. Prepare surfaces for restoration and for paint.
• Ensure health and safety measures are in place on job sites.

Requirements
• Secondary school diploma is required.
• Several years of experience in a similar setting or completion of a 3-to-4-year apprenticeship program.
