Job Details Duncan Garage Café and Bakery Ltd. in Duncan BC location needs 1 Permanent Full Time Baker .

Salary $21.00 per hour , 30 to 40 hrs. a week , 5 days a week , flexible shift , flexible days off .

Work shifts schedule are expected to be shifts 6 hours up to 8 hours , depending on the business operation, these shifts continuously vary from early morning , afternoon and evening shifts.

Responsibilities
Tasks
· Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
· Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays
· Bake mixed dough and batters
· Prepare special orders
· Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
· Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
· Operate machinery
· Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
