Position: Barber Shop Manager (NOC 60040)
Employment Terms and Conditions: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Day, Morning, Flexible Hours, To be determined,
Wage: $36.00-38.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 12100 Macleod Trail SE, Suite 107, Calgary, AB T2J 7G9
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the barbershop to ensure smooth functioning and excellent service standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule barbers and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and enhance sales performance
• Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality service and positive team morale.
• Build or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Build strong relationships with clients, manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Prepare financial reports monthly or as required
• Ensure that the barbershop adheres to health, safety, and cleanliness standards, creating a safe environment for clients and staff.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• College diploma or 1 year to 2 years of other program related business management
• 2-3 years of experience in the barber/ beauty industry
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills
