Job Details Imperial China Restaurant is in Lethbridge, AB Calgary, and has been serving local people for many years.

Currently, we are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be 4038 4 Ave S, Lethbridge, AB T1J 5K6. The wage will be $16.00 per hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and / or 8 hours per day.

Job Description:
• Assist chefs in preparing traditional dishes, ensuring quality and consistency in each dish.
• Handle dishwashing duties, ensure utensils, cookware, and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
• Keep kitchen areas, including counters, floors, and storage zones, tidy and sanitized throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies and report any restocking needs to the kitchen manager.
• Regularly dispose of kitchen waste and sanitize bins to maintain a clean environment.
• Strictly follow food safety standards and hygiene protocols to ensure safe kitchen operation.
