Job Details Rakes and Ladders is seeking a experienced and motivated full-time, permanent (40 hr) Landscaper to join our team. You will work both independently and as a part of a team to ensure our projects meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and construct landscaped environments
• Incorporate elements such as trees, shrubberies, and lawns
• Design and install fences, decks, patios
• Include other landscape structures as needed
• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and mowing.
• Apply fertilizers and other lawn care products.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Job Description Qualifications:

• 1 year to less than 2 years of previous experience in landscaping
• High-school diploma required. Additional training in landscape and horticulture is preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Remuneration:

• Competitive hourly wage of $29.
