Job Details We, CaseMogul Inc. are looking for full-time Marketing specialist to join our busy team.

Position: Marketing specialist
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Morning, Day
Hourly Wage: $35.00-36.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: K-10 – 999 36 St NE, Calgary, AB T2A 7X6
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote phone repair services, electronic device accessories, and special sales events across the store chain
• Create and manage digital content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts, to engage customers and build brand awareness.
• Design and distribute newsletters and promotional emails to inform customers about new products, services, discounts, and special events
• Analyze sales data, website traffic, and social media engagement to assess the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with customers online and in-store to collect feedback, understand their experiences, and build long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty
• Conduct research on current trends in repairing services, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Assist with store visual merchandising, ensuring appealing layouts that highlight new products and services.
• Develop partnerships with parenting bloggers, influencers, and local community organizations to promote the store and its products.
• Provide regular updates to the general manager/owner on marketing initiatives, campaign progress, and event budgets, while tracking performance metrics.
• Occasionally visit other stores in Calgary and the surrounding area to support marketing activities and events as needed.
Requirements:
• College diploma in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration or a related field OR equivalent experience
• Several (2 or more) years of work experience in a related industry or in a similar role
• Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player
