Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee all restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and staff coordination to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
• Develop staff schedules and monitor performance, ensuring consistent quality across all shifts
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring adequate coverage and top-quality service.
• Oversee inventory levels and revenue management, adjusting procedures and pricing to maximize profit
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
• Negotiate with suppliers to source quality food, beverages, and other supplies within budget
• Implement marketing plans and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining high service standards and ensuring customer needs are met.

Position Requirements and Qualifications
• College/CEGEP diploma or High school diploma with equivalent work experience in a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service industry, with proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a restaurant or catering service setting
• Familiarity with Asian/Japanese Cuisine
