To perform following duties, but not limited to;
Promote efficient processes and oversee, assign, and evaluate the work of subordinate staff performing the following tasks: managing accounts payable and receivable; processing, confirming, and documenting financial paperwork; managing payroll; processing, confirming, and retrieving user fees and payments for past-due accounts.
Examine and confirm the authenticity of the work, then approve regular credits, payments, and other transactions.
Create work schedules and protocols, and collaborate with other departments or work units to coordinate activities.
Solve issues pertaining to the job and prepare and turn in reports on progress and other matters.
Determine the need for training, and then offer it to employees or subordinate staff.
Obtain materials and supplies on demand.
Assure the efficient running of computer systems and hardware, and schedule maintenance and repairs.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
