Job Details Lancore Ventures Ltd. o/a Rustic Cabins, located at 3320 Township RD 355, Red Deer County, AB T4G 0N2, is seeking a Construction Worker. Lancore Ventures Ltd. is a CSA A277 modular factory specializing in custom modular houses. Permanent, Full-time. English Speaking workplace. Rural Area.

Wage: $22.00 hour for 40 hours per week.
Possible wage increase after a three-month review.
Possible bonus if all goals are met.
Education: Basic
Experience: 1-2 years of construction experience.

Duties: Framing, window, and door installation. Siding, insulation, flooring, deck building, custom interior woodwork, millwork. Custom carpentry layout, design, fabrication, finishing, and installation.

Must be able to work alone efficiently from design to completion on kitchens and work together with existing shop crew and take direction from any employees.
