Job Description Tasks: Assist clients/guests with special needs, Register arriving guests and assign rooms, Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, Exchange foreign currency, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, provide customer service, follow emergency and safety procedures, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Process group arrivals and departures, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls, Provide general information about points of interest in the area, Take, cancel and change room reservations, Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
Supervision: 3-4 people
