Job Details We, BFW international trading ltd., are looking for a permanent, full-time transportation logistics coordinator to join our dynamic team!
Position: Transportation Logistics Coordinator (NOC 13201)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 hours per week), Day, Morning, Afternoon
Hourly Wage: $ 29.57 – 30.00 per hour
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 9-1431 40 Avenue NE Calgary, AB, T2E 8N6
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of automotive parts and vehicles, ensuring timely replenishment of inventory.
• Oversee the shipping, receiving, and distribution of automotive products, including vehicles and parts, ensuring they are processed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts and materials. Manage purchase orders, shipping documents, and resolve any delivery issues.
• Organize and schedule the transportation of vehicles and parts between suppliers and dealerships, ensuring the most cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Process customer orders and arrange for the timely dispatch and delivery of vehicles and automotive products, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize routes, reduce delivery times, and minimize costs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between sales, procurement, and oversee partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Track and analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, transportation costs, and delivery times.
• Address and resolve any logistical issues that arise, such as shipping delays, inventory shortages, or supplier problems, to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
• Ensure that all logistics operations comply with safety standards and legal regulations, particularly regarding the transportation and handling of vehicles and automotive parts.
• Perform any other general office duties assigned by the manager to support the smooth running of the logistics operations.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• College diploma in a related field or equivalent experience with secondary school diploma
• Several (2-3) years of work experience in a related field.
