Job Description Duties and Responsibilities
• Till soil, plant seedlings, and cultivate crops
• Water crops, apply fertilizers if needed
• Identify disease and health problems in crops
• Operate and maintain farm tools and equipment
• Examine the quality of produce, clean and grade produces for market
• Clean greenhouse and work area
• Harvest vegetables by hand
