Our client is looking for an human resources administrator to complete their team.

• Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organisation’s goals
• Create job postings using various employment websites
• Open and distribute mail and other materials
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquired
• Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
• Oversee payroll administration
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
• Perform data entry
• Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
• Evaluated work environment, programs and procedures to control, eliminate and prevent disease or injury


For a perfect match :
• College / CEGEP (HR management / personnel administration, business administration and management)
• 1 year of experience minimum
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English
