Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Restaurant

Responsibilities
Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports.
Supervision: 3-4 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers.
