Position: Floor covering Installer

Wage: $26.92 to 28.00 Hourly, for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Job Duties:
- Inspect and measure the area to determine the appropriate flooring materials and the amount needed
- Cut, shaper, and fit flooring materials to match the room's specifications, including trimming edges and corners
- Remove existing flooring(if necessary), including carpet, tiles, marbles, or hardwood, and prepare the sub-floor for
the new materials
- Use adhesives, nails, or staples to secure the flooring in place, ensuring that it is installed properly and securely
- Ensure the seams between floor panels or tiles are properly aligned and seamless for a polished look
- Follow safety procedures to avoid accidents and injuries, including the proper handling of tools and equipment
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients after the installing, including handling minor repairs or replacements
