Position: Food Service Manager

Wage: 25.00 to 36.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job duties:
1. Plan, organize, direct control, and evaluate the operations and management of the store's food-related sections, including the deli, bakery, ready-to-eat meals, food court, and café areas while determining the services to be offered and implanting operational procedures
2. Taking inventory of food supplies and other consumables, ordering necessary supplies and ingredients that are imported including from South Korea
3. Negotiate agreements with food vendors for supplies, ensuring both cost-effectiveness and high quality.
4. Scheduling employees' work hours to ensure that all shifts are adequately covered
5. Recruiting, training, and managing food service employees
6. Marketing and planning the business promotion
7. Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and performance
8. Completing payroll, planning, implementing, and monitoring budgets for the food department, and maintaining employment records.
9. Regular inspecting all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations

Requirements
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience or equivalent educational credentials
