Wage: $20/hour with 2weeks paid vacation
Work hours: 30-40 hours/week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
• Ability to supervise 3-4 staff;
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food to conform to the health and safety standards;
• Ensure food service and quality control;
• Maintain records of stock, repairs and wastage;
• Establish work schedules for food services workers;
• Prepare budget and cost estimates; and
• Ensure appropriate cleaning and maintenance of food preparation areas and equipment.

Employment requirement for the position:
• 2-3 years of experience in eateries and/or food services environment
• Completion of Secondary school

Skills required:
• Standing longer for extended periods
• Good communication skills to work with others to maximize the efficiency of the restaurant operation
• Ability to work under pressure or/and in fast paced environment
