Job Description Key Responsibilities:
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Representation and Negotiation: Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage events to meet organizational objectives.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate and enhance staff performance.
• Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and oversee financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and oversee human resources planning.
• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space.
• Business Strategy: Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial or administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
