Our client, manufactures bathware to the highest quality standards in the industry, is looking for plastic products assemblers, finishers and inspectors (4) to complete their team.

Every talent has its role to play.. What will be yours :
• Assist machine operators in manufacturing products.
• Transport raw materials, parts, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the plant and warehouse manually.
• Mark, record and report defective products.
• Roll out spray material on acrylic shell to achieve uniformity, proper adherence and good appearance using due care to prevent breakage.
• Grind or polish surfaces using abrasive tools.
• Operate machines or equipment, or use hand tools to cut, shape, splice and fit plastic materials to form parts and assemblies.
• Assemble composite materials on patterns to form parts and assemblies using bonding agents.
• Operate spray-gun unit to apply resin mixtures to metal or wooden mould to form plastic products.
• Load and operate autoclave oven to cure and bond plastic and composite parts and subassemblies.
• Operate finishing equipment to trim, grind or buff plastic products into final form
• Adhere to established safe working procedures and wear the proper safety equipment at all times.
• Maintain a clean working area free from dirt and debris between tasks and at end of the day.

For a perfect match :
• High school diploma or equivalent experience (6 months minimum)
• Ability to work in a hot, humid and noisy environment
• Ability to carry heavy objects (50lbs), walking, stooping, kneeling, standing for long periods of time and other physically demanding conditions
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labour and repetitive
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment
