Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operation management, or a related field is required.
Experience: 5 years or more work experience as Plant Operation Manager or in a similar role is required.
Specific Skills/Job Duties: Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning; Evaluate daily operations; Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages; Plan and organize daily operations; Read blueprints and drawings; Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommended the replacement of machines; Direct quality control inspections; Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques; Organize and maintain inventory; Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work; Plan and manage the establishment of the departmental budget.
Ability to Supervise: More than 20 people
