Located at 2730 Recplace Dr, Prince George, BC V2N 0H4, Montana’s BBQ & Bar is seeking to fill one (1) position of Kitchen Manager (NOC 62020). Position will be full time permanent position (37.5 to 40 hrs week) with a starting wage of $18.50 hr. Vacation paid at 4.0%. Other benefits include Tip Sharing and Discounted Meals at restaurant.

Job Description Duties include.

- Supervise restaurant staff and prepare schedule and assign restaurant duties
- Ensure inventory level are checked and order supplies which are required for daily operations
- Engage in assigning restaurant shifts and motivating staff
- Ensure equipment at restaurant is in working order and issue maintenance orders if required.
- Assist training of new staff and ensure compliance with requirements of Saskatchewan health

Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- Several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
