Wage: $20.00/Hour, 30 hours/week

Job Description Your duties will include:

-Deploy staff and assign tasks to ensure each customer has the best Subway experience.
-Supervise sandwich artists and ensure smooth store operations.
-Build positive relationships with the team by understanding and addressing their motivations, needs, and concerns.
-Keep an adequate inventory to avoid running out or having too much stock.
-Guide staff on the safe use of tools and equipment during their shift.
-Provides feedback and coaching to improve staff performance.
-Maintain a clean and safe store environment.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Completion of high school
- Knowledge of English language
