Wage: $ 25.00 to 36.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Job Duties:
- Oversee the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff to maintain high standards in food preparation and kitchen productivity.
- Develop and introduce new recipes to enhance the menu, keeping up with food trends and customer preferences.
- Guide and train cooks on food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation techniques to ensure consistent quality.
- Manage the quality of menus and food supplied for events, grocery stores, and other restaurants.
