Position: CEO (chief executive officer) - health, education, social and community services and membership organizations

Wage: $ 100,018 annually / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job Duties:
- Oversee the strategic planning and direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission and long-term goals.
- Lead and manage the executive team, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient operations across all departments.
- Develop and implement policies and programs that promote the organization's objectives and improve the quality of services offered.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and community leaders, to secure funding and support.
- Monitor the organization’s financial performance, making critical decisions regarding budget allocations, resource management, and growth opportunities.
