Job Details Job Responsibilities:
Assisting Skilled Workers: Helping carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers with their tasks by providing tools, materials, and support as needed.
Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to various locations on the job site.
Site Preparation: Preparing construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris, removing hazards, and ensuring the site is ready for work.
Equipment Operation: Operating basic construction equipment like drills, saws, or mixers under supervision.
Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols and using protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Measurement and Cutting: Assisting with measurements and cutting materials to specified lengths, as directed by skilled workers.
Clean-Up: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment by cleaning up construction debris, tools, and equipment after use.
Assisting with Demolition: Helping with demolition work, including removing old structures or materials as needed.
Assembly of Scaffolding: Helping to assemble and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.
Communication: Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
