We are seeking an experienced Tattoo Studio Manager to oversee all aspects of our studio’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and organized professional with a passion for the tattoo industry, capable of managing the studio, supporting our talented artists, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
Tattoo Studio Manager Job Description:
Oversee Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the tattoo studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Policy Implementation: Develop, establish, and implement studio policies and procedures to ensure a safe, professional, and creative environment for both staff and clients.
Budget Management: Plan, control, and monitor the studio’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of essential supplies while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Client Relations: Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Marketing and Advertising: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations, to increase the studio's visibility and attract new clients.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise tattoo artists, apprentices, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with health and safety regulations, including maintaining a sterile work environment, proper disposal of hazardous materials, and adherence to local laws and industry standards.
Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the appointment schedule for tattoo artists, ensuring optimal use of time and resources while accommodating client needs.
Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials and equipment.
Community Engagement: Represent the studio in the local community, participating in events, charity work, and collaborations that enhance the studio's reputation and client base.
Client Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including consent forms, medical information, and artwork specifications.
Technology Management: Oversee the use of technology within the studio, including booking systems, point-of-sale systems, and online presence, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, including new techniques, styles, and equipment, and implement changes to keep the studio at the forefront of the industry. Experience and specialization
