Job Description Job Responsibilities are as follows:
Schedule events, programs and activities
Schedule work
Arrange for maintenance and repair work
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
Monitor quality and production levels
Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
Prepare and submit progress and other reports
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles
Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Handle financial transactions, including cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation, and reporting.
Promote and sell salon services and products to clients.
Manage the inventory of salon supplies, tools, and products, including ordering and replenishing stock as needed. Ensure that all supplies are stored properly and that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of salon equipment and tools. Arrange for repairs and servicing as needed, ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
