Job Description Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
Experience: Work experience as manufacturing coordinator (line leader) for 1 year or more required
Specific Skills/Job Duties: Establish work schedules; Prepare and submit reports; Recommend measures to improve productivity; Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; Train or arrange for training; Oversee safety of operations; Recommend personnel actions; Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Set up machines and equipment; Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers; Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Ability to Supervise: 3 to 4 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads; Hand-eye coordination’ Manual dexterity; Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Ability to distinguish between colours
