Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time Position
Wage: $18.65 to $19.00 hourly per hour for 30-40 hours a week
Location: 10146 104 St NW, Edmonton, AB, T5J 1A7
Expected Start Date: ASAP

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure the food and services delivered meet quality control standards as per Alberta Health Services;
• Supervise on food and services related matters, including scheduling and work assigning;
• Assist in customer issues and provide excellent customer services on a daily basis;
• Estimate and order supplies and to provide efficient restaurant service when needed;
• Obtain and maintain stocks, repairs, sales and wastage records;
• Organize daily opening or closing activities, including cleaning, dishwashing, food storage refilling, etc.;
• Follow sanitation guidelines;
• Assist in the training of new employees.
• Other duties assigned by the manager/owner

Work conditions and physical capabilities
• Fast paced environment, Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods

Position Requirements and Qualifications
• Completion of high school education; additional training/certificate in a related field as an asset
• More than 7 months of work experience in food service industry
• Familiarity with Asian/Japanese Cuisine
• Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Team player
