Responsibilities:
Bring Clean Items to Serving Areas: Transport clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables for customers.
Package Take-Out Food: Package and prepare take-out orders ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
Take Customers’ Orders: Interact with customers to take their orders accurately and efficiently.
Clean and Sanitize: Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment to maintain a hygienic work environment.
Handle Cleaning Products: Properly handle and store cleaning products, ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations.
Receive and Store Supplies: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in designated areas such as refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and storage rooms.
Remove Kitchen Garbage: Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash promptly and efficiently.
Sharpen Kitchen Knives: Maintain kitchen knives by regularly sharpening them to ensure they are safe and efficient for use.
Sweep and Mop Floors: Maintain clean and polished floors by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing regularly.
Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits, and assist in other food preparation tasks as needed.
Sushi Preparation: Prepare sushi dishes according to restaurant standards and customer preferences, ensuring high quality and presentation.
