Job Description
Your duties will include:
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Timely management of emails including correspondence and communication.
- Deal with customers and collect payments for invoices
- Handle and resolve customer issues/complaints.
- Organize files and paperwork. Scan and save clients documents properly in the system.
- Maintain client database and arrange file folders properly.
- Collect and process customer payments.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable and accounts payables.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience or diploma in business administrative course required.
- Completion of high school is required.
- Must have knowledge of English.
