Job Description:
As our Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our studio, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, provide exceptional client service, and support our creative team in delivering top-notch services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, implementing new processes and improving existing ones to enhance efficiency.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including invoicing, record-keeping, inventory management and budgeting.
• Manage client inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate meetings and manage appointment schedules.
• Manage office services, including procurement and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and other documents related to client bookings and company operations.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor and track expenditures related to company operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure the shooting environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
• Provide administrative support to the shoot team for photography and video shoots, including managing calendars, preparing suppliers and coordinating logistics such as equipment rentals and location arrangements.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Two years of previous experience in an administrative role is required.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Personality: Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service.
• Education: College diploma or equivalent.
• Language: English
