Position: front desk hotel clerk
Wage: $ 17.40 to 18.40 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Job Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with room keys and information about the hotel's amenities and services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, making reservations and cancellations as needed.
- Handle guest check-outs, process payments, and ensure that all charges are accurately recorded.
- Address guest complaints and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner, providing a positive first impression for all guests.
