Position: butcher - retail or wholesale

Wage: $ 21.00 to 23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 44 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Clean and prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry for sale
- Take Special cutting and preparing orders from the customers
- Cut poultry and meat into parts
- Grind and slice meats and poultry using grinder and slicer
- Weight, price and sell meats to customers
- Ensure the maintenance of food storage, equipment, displays and work area 7. Maintain inventory and inspect the quality of meat
