Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Wage: $23.08 to $30.00 Hourly, for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Job Duties:
1. Responsible for supervision of staff to meet requirements
2. Maintain, order specified inventory and supply shortage
3. Maintain and monitor all appropriate reports including closing till worksheet according to standards
4. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
5. Analyze Clients' concerns and present options to solve their issue
6. Organize and distribute staff work schedules
7. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience
** Any work experience (cashier, sales clerk, etc) related in the retail industry is acceptable. Supervisory expereince is preferred but not required. **
