Job Details Seaway Paper and Pulp Ltd. is a trailblazing force in the industry, leading the way in trading and international logistic solutions for recycled materials, with a strong focus on scrap paper. Our operational framework encompasses worldwide sourcing, marketing, sales, document generation, logistics management, and post-sales support. Currently, our company's business suppliers and purchasers are across Canada, the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia, with tens of thousands of shipments to different countries in the world each year. As our business continues to expand, we urgently need an Office Manager to unify and manage the coordination of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and integrate innovative administrative procedures to streamline Seaway Paper and Pulp Ltd.'s operations. Ensure these procedures are aligned with the company's global trading and logistics goals, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assign tasks and projects to office support staff, leveraging their strengths to optimize productivity.
• Set and communicate work priorities, ensuring alignment with Seaway Paper and Pulp Ltd.'s strategic objectives. Monitor compliance with established procedures and adherence to deadlines, ensuring smooth operations across our international network.
• Oversee daily administrative activities, ensuring they support our core functions of sourcing, marketing, sales, document generation, logistics management, and post-sales support. Address and resolve any administrative issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate in the preparation of the annual operating budget, ensuring it reflects the needs of our expansive international operations. Maintain inventory and budgetary controls to support cost-effective operations and prevent shortages.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry related to our global shipments, supplier and purchaser information, and other critical business data. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across all platforms.
• Supervise the implementation and coordination of administrative procedures across all offices. Ensure consistency and efficiency in administrative processes, facilitating seamless operations across our international offices.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative procedures, identifying areas for improvement. Implement enhancements based on evaluations and feedback to ensure our operations remain cutting-edge and competitive.
• Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with Seaway Paper and Pulp Ltd.'s strategic goals. Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring they stay within budget and support the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor's Degree is required
2. At least two years of management experience in the recycling industry
3. Familiar with global trade and logistics.
4. Outstanding time management, organizational, and project management skills demonstrated through results.
5. Highly skilled in oral, writing, and interpersonal communications; demonstrated communication and influencing skills with peers and leaders.
6. Mandarin is an asset
