We take great care in using traditional methods of making our noodles and preparing our vegetables, meats and broths. Our broths simmer for 8 hours to develop rich and complex flavours. Our noodles are hand pulled in any thickness for your tastes, our noodle masters show their talents in a two sided window facing on William Street.

Job duties:
*Prepare and cook Chinese craft noodle for customer;
*Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies;
*Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
*Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
*Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
*Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Job requirement
*Minimum education of secondary school
*Certificate of cook
*Minimum 3 years of Chinese craft noodle work experience
*Language: English
