We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The Kitchen Helper will play a pivotal role in maintaining the kitchen’s workflow, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting our chefs to create enchanting dishes that mesmerize our guests.

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
Manage dishwashing and proper storage of utensils and cookware.


Preparation Assistance:
Assist chefs with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.
Ensure ingredients are stored and handled properly to maintain freshness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Supporting Chefs:
Promptly attend to chefs’ requests and assist during busy hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Help in plating and garnishing dishes before they are served.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
Be vigilant in managing food and kitchen waste, adhering to recycling and disposal guidelines.

Stock Management:
Assist in managing inventory and notifying when stock levels are low.
