Compensation:
Hourly wage: $25 - $28
With Tips and commission

Terms of employment:
Full-time; permanent

Working hours:
5 days per week, 8 hours per day, shift

Vacation:
4% of your annual gross salary as the vocation pays and 2 weeks of vacation time per year upon completion of 12 months of consecutive employment

Job Description Responsibilities:
• Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly by supervising staff, managing schedules, and addressing any operational issues promptly.
• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Budget control: Analyzing and developing budgets to control costs, manage inventory, and enhance profitability through financial planning and reporting
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is provided, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
• POS System Management: Implement and maintain a point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of quality products.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Financial Management: Calculate and manage employee salaries, prepare financial reports, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's online presence and attract more customers.
• Event Planning: Coordinate and manage special events, promotions, and private parties to boost customer engagement and sales.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs to develop and update the menu, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of dishes.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, conducting regular quality checks.

Requirements:
• At least completion of a college program in hospitality or equivalent related experience.
• At least 1-year proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and certifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting.
• Experience in social media marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
