We are looking to hire a Retail Store Supervisor.
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanlines

Job Description Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Excellent organizational, customer service and management skills
- Good English language skills

Terms & Conditions:
Permanent, full-time employment - 40 hours per week
Compensation: $20.50 per hour. An overtime rate of 1 ½ of base pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week
