Job Details Hull Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an established car dealership specializing in selling and servicing vehicles from four major American automotive brands. Located at 93 Finch Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, ON M2N 4R4, we are currently seeking a Car Dealership Manager to oversee our used car sales operations.

Job Description The Car Dealership Manager performs some or all of the following duties:
Oversee, organize, and assess the operations of establishments involved in wholesale and retail sales or specific departments within such establishments.
Supervise staff and delegate tasks.
Analyze market research and trends to gauge consumer demand, estimate potential sales volumes, and assess the impact of competitors on sales.
Decide on the merchandise and services to be offered, and establish pricing and credit policies.
Source and negotiate with vendors as needed to acquire merchandise for resale.
Create and execute marketing strategies.
Plan budgets, approve expenditures, and track revenues.
Assess and enhance customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues.
Manage staffing needs, including hiring, developing, and retaining employees.

Employment Requirement:
A university degree or college diploma or equivalent experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Management within automotive retail is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Compensation:
$43.5-$49/Hour
30 Hours/Week
Two weeks of paid annual vacation
