Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule staff.
• Taking full responsibility of assigned shift.
• Assist preparing weekly promotions and offerings.
• Budgeting and calculating inventory and general costs of the store.
• Train new team members.
• Ensure that food and service meet restaurant standards.


And:
• 1+ years of experience in food service industry
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
• Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management OR related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
• Completion of secondary school is required.

Remuneration:

• $20 per/hr
• 40 hrs/week
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, Shift work required; weekend, late nights
