Job Details We are a friendly family in Edmonton, AB seeking a dedicated and experienced Domestic Housekeeper who can maintain our home's cleanliness and beauty, especially during busy weeks. We are looking for candidates who can provide a reliable and long-term commitment to our family.
The selected individual will be responsible for the following duties:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Doing laundry, ironing, and folding clothes
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Running errands, such as picking up dry cleaning or going to the post office
- Organizing and decluttering living spaces

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- No specific education is required
- Some experience as a Housekeeper is required
- Have excellent communication skills
- Good English language skills are needed

Job Description Terms and Conditions:
Permanent, full-time employment – 30 hours per week
Compensation: $30.00 per hour. An overtime rate of 1 ½ of base pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week
Location of work: Private Household, Edmonton, T5M 3B2

The ideal candidate for this position should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. They should also be trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience as a housekeeper is preferred, but not always required.
